
Rebecca Szewczuk is an experienced litigation attorney with a strong background in trial and appellate advocacy. She has represented clients across a wide range of complex legal matters, including family law disputes, custody and support proceedings, as well as high-stakes litigation. Known for her ability to manage demanding caseloads, Rebecca skillfully prepares and argues motions, conducts depositions, negotiates settlements, and represents clients in hearings and trials.
In her prior role as an Agency Attorney for the City of New York for the past 10 years, Rebecca provided strategic legal guidance, supervised attorneys, and managed cases requiring sophisticated litigation strategies. Additionally, Rebecca has litigated divorce and post-judgment matters, drafted appellate briefs, and advocated for clients in both trial and appellate courts.
