Bianca Acquaviva is an associate attorney at White, Rose & Hilferty, where she focuses her practice on sexual harassment and employment discrimination matters. Prior to joining the firm, Bianca served as in-house counsel to multiple large, publicly-traded companies where she advised executive teams and human resources professionals on employment, intellectual property, advertising, and corporate governance matters.
Bianca received her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and her B.A. from Penn State University. She is admitted to practice in the State Courts of New York, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
